Barcelona boss Hansi Flick has reportedly informed his backroom staff that he intends to leave the club at the end of the season.

According to Spanish outlet ABC, Flick is fed up with the attitude of his players, most notably Yamal, and a perceived lack of support from the board.

The report adds that the German has privately told his staff that he intends to leave the La Liga champions at the end of the season.

Despite some strong performances in patches, the German is reportedly concerned about a lack of focus and commitment within the squad, particularly from players who, in his words, have “lost the humility that once defined them.”

At the heart of Flick’s frustration is Yamal, the teenage prodigy whose immense talent has been overshadowed by off-field distractions.

The club’s readiness to grant the 18-year-old special privileges, from leniencies during team trips to allowing him to miss recovery sessions for media commitments, has reportedly created tension within the coaching staff.
