Chelsea, Juventus target Maignan closer to AC Milan exit

Mike Maignan is moving closer to the exit door at AC Milan.

Off contract in June, France goalkeeper Maignan has seen talks with Milan over a new deal stall.

Indeed, Gazzetta.it says there has been no contact between the two parties for several months.

Milan will make one last attempt, but a year ago things slowed down after proposing a contract extension until 2028 with a salary increase from €2.8m net to €5m.

Maignan is demanding much higher - near double Milan's last offer - knowing Chelsea, Juventus and Bayern Munich are all interested.

From January 1, Maignan will be free to negotiate with any team outside of Serie A over a pre-contract agreement.
