RAISE THE BAR Meet the influencer at centre of Lamine Yamal’s split from girlfriend, who has already confessed love for another star

ITALIAN influencer Anna Gegnoso is at the heart of rumours surrounding Lamine Yamal’s break-up with Nicki Nicole.

The Barcelona star messaged a Spanish YouTuber and journalist at the weekend to tell him his three-month relationship with the Argentinian singer and influencer was over.

It fuelled claims again linking Yamal – who reportedly flew to Milan for a break last month – to stunning Anna, 20, who is a huge football fan and watched the wonderkid’s Barcelona play Las Palmas last season.

Javier de Hoyos, a co-presenter of showbiz programme D Corazon on La 1, which is the Spanish equivalent of BBC1, said as he read out the message: “Lamine says they’re not together anymore and it hasn’t been because of any infidelity.”

He added: “Lamine tells me the trip to Italy has nothing to do with all of this, that he was no longer dating Nicki when he went and he hasn’t been with anyone else.”

While Yamal appeared to deny any cheating with Anna, Nicki went even further.

Overnight a Spanish paparazzi went public with the message he claimed to have received from the rapper, who at 25 is seven years older than the Spanish footballer.

Jordi Martin said in a selfie video he posted online: “Exclusive.

“Nicki Nicole has contacted me in the early hours of this morning and has told me she has split from Lamine Yamal.”

He went on to say: “I am going to read to you what Nicki Nicole has told me which is: ‘Hi Jordi.

“I’m not normally one to do this sort of thing but well, I just wanted to clarify that Lamine and I haven’t been together now for a few days, since I left Barcelona.”

Referencing reports Lamine secretly met Anna during his recent trip to Milan, reigniting rumours of a past affair between the two, she continued: “I’m telling you this mainly because of the infidelity rumour.

“I’m grateful to you for letting me know, but believe me, if someone were unfaithful to me, I would be the first to clarify it everywhere, just like I did in the past.”

Rumours circulated that Yamal cheated on Nicki with Neopolitan Anna, who has previously attended Napoli matches.

And she’s a massive lover of Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The influencer – who has 700,000 Instagram followers and 1.7m on TikTok – was pictured wearing a Kvaratskhelia 24 shirt before his mega-deal move to PSG in January.

She captioned her Instagram post – where her profile reads “We were born to be real, not perfect” – : “You know that I love you.”
