Ex-Man Utd star Scott McTominay pokes fun of Rasmus Hojlund for fashion faux pas as Wag gets dressed up for Halloween

SCOTT McTOMINAY couldn't resist a dig at Napoli team-mate Rasmus Hojlund after his fashion faux pas.

Hojlund, now on loan at Napoli with his old Manchester United team-mate McTominay, joined his partner and friends for a Halloween night out as the Italian club's stars got into the spooky spirit.

But it wasn't his costume that caught the eye, it was his questionable footwear choice.

McTominay – who attended the bash with partner Cam Reading – couldn't resist poking fun at his pal.

The Scotland international filmed Hojlund's outfit, zooming in on his white socks and black shoes before posting the clip on X.

Alongside the video, McTominay joked: "Well, Denmark isn't exactly famous for fashion."

Fans loved the cheeky dig, with some praising the pair's close bond since reuniting in Italy.

One said: "I love how close they are."

While another added: "This is really nice to see and how well they're doing."

But while they might be having fun off the pitch, things are just as impressive on it.

Napoli currently sit top of Serie A after nine games, flying with their new-look squad.

Hojlund has been in fine form since his summer switch, scoring four goals in seven appearances across all competitions.

And McTominay has been transformed since joining the club in 2024, scoring 12 goals in last season's title win and being named Player of the Year in Italy,

He has become a huge fan favourite for his energy, goals and now, his sense of humour.

Antonio Conte's side are dealing with the loss of Kevin De Bruyne who picked up a strange hamstring injury after scoring a penalty last weekend.

But the strong form of players like McTominay and Hojlund is still likely to be enough to help them mount a league challenge.
