Xabi Alonso Updates on Endrick’s Real Madrid Future Amid Marseille Link

Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso has provided an update on wonderkid Endrick's future amid links with Marseille and other European clubs.

The 19-year-old returned from injury just after the La Liga season started but is yet to play a single minute for Real Madrid.

Several reports have linked Endrick with a move away from the club in January, with Marseille particularly interested in securing a loan.

Speaking to reporters ahead of their game with Getafe on Sunday (October 19), Alonso provided an update on what the future may hold for the youngster.

"I'm not thinking about it at the moment, it's not on my mind," he said.

Alonso was adamant that neither Endrick nor fellow wonderkid Gonzalo Garcia have asked to leave the club, adding: "Both are ready to play. It's a position where competition is fierce.”
