Bernal: Barcelona should sign this Atletico Madrid star

Barcelona midfielder Marc Bernal admits he'd like to see Julian Alvarez make the move to the Blaugrana.

Alvarez has kicked off the season in superb form for Atletico Madrid.

Asked by Diario Ara who he would like to see Barca sign, Bernal said: "I would sign Juli1n Alvarez."0

The midfielder has now recovered from a serious knee injury suffered last year and also recalled: "I would say the first night was the worst. It was very long. And after the operation, too.

"You can't walk, you can't do anything. I couldn't even change by myself! It was a month and a half that was very hard.

"Gavi had already warned me that this would happen: that at first it would be very hard, but that later, on the pitch, running, doing exercises with the ball... I would feel like a capable person."
