Minders for FC Koln defender El Mala react to Chelsea, Bayern Munich rumours

The agent of Said El Mala insists they're not planning to skip out on FC Koln.

The young defender is being watched by Bayern Munich and Chelsea, amid claims Bayern could move for El Mala in January.

But a spokesman for El Mala's management team told KF6lner Stadt-Anzeiger: "Current reports indicating that the player's agents are meeting with Dortmund, Bayern Munich, or English clubs are incorrect.

"As things stand, there is no reason to leave 1. FC KF6ln, either this winter or next summer. Currently, nothing prevents Said from playing for KF6ln next season, especially since the club is developing very positively. Everyone knows that Said, if he continues to progress at this rate, will eventually take the next step.

"But he won't be going anywhere in the near future; he'll stay at FC KF6ln. We consciously maintain control of the club."
