Ebanie Bridges taught her fans a lesson about ‘discipline’ in stunning see-through lingerie.

The ‘Blonde Bomber’ is on the return path to boxing and recently posed in skimpy pink lingerie as she worked a punching bag. And the former IBF female bantamweight champion has clearly been making brilliant progress.

Taking to her Instagram, Bridges posted to her 800,000 followers three snaps of her wearing the black underwear set. First posing leaning up on a piano before showing off her peachy bum as she stared into a mirror.

Her post, captioned: “Discipline is the rhythm that runs through everything I do,” saw fans swoop to the comments section to laud her look.

One of those faces was TNT Sports presenter Laura Woods, who gushed: “Bod (three fire emojis). A second comment simply said: “Wow.”

A third user lauded her the “dream woman.” While another wrote: “Now that's a picture!”

Bridges is evidently upping her game as she works towards making her comeback to the ring, which the Daily Star Sport understands she is planning to do later this year.

In an Instagram post, Ebanie said: "I’m coming back swinging… this is the Blonde Bomber you’ve been waiting for. Trust me, she’s back, this time with a twist you won’t see coming."

Ahead of her return, Bridges revealed she has teamed up with Jake Paul and signed up for his Most Valuable Promotions.

She said: "I’m very excited about signing with MVP, they’ve done amazing things for women’s boxing in such a short time. Proud to be joining a star-studded stable full of champions - current, former, and future world champions.

"I love and appreciate that MVP are truly investing into women’s boxing - for the right reasons. I believe with MVP’s backing, promotion and clever marketing, myself and women’s boxing will truly skyrocket."

Meanwhile, Woods has returned to football after welcoming her son with her former Love Island star fiance Adam Collard.

The TNT Sports presenter returned to screens with a smile across her face, but she also accidentally had everyone at home laughing after a slip of the tongue during Liverpool’s Champions League win over Atletico Madrid at Anfield.

Leading the post-match coverage, Woods discussed Liverpool last-minute winner from Virgil van Dijk. However, she gave the Dutchman a slightly different name.

She said: "Diego Simeone, obviously quite a fiery character, he got himself sent off after the winner from Virgin...Virgil van Dijk."

The TNT Sports presenter quickly realised her mistake and let out a small chuckle as she tried to regain her composure. Her slip-up was also noticed by Michael Owen and Steve McManaman - who could be heard sniggering in the background.

Woods has since shown off her stunning body as she donned a see-through dress at a gala sports awards event.

Leaving little to the imagination on the red carpet, Woods interviewed the likes of Usain Bolt and Anthony Joshua at the Pho3nix Sport With Purpose Charity Gala.
