They are also now one of the most relatable as Victoria Beckham reveals for the first time she wears earplugs in bed.

In our exclusive chat this is the Posh Spice I was desperate to see: Brilliant, witty, self-deprecating — and oh-so real.

She admits: "I wear earplugs. Let me tell you, it ain't for fun.

"What do you think I'm doing it for? It's not to pull a look in bed.

"He might look like that, but breaking news, even my husband snores. I have to have the earplugs."

Work in progress

Mum-of-four Victoria, 51, is speaking as her triumphant Netflix documentary hits screens this week.

She and ex—England footie skipper turned entrepreneur David, 50, are worth a combined £500million.

He was also voted People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive 2015.

But when I tell Victoria his snoring would see him banished to the spare room in my household, she laughs: "That's not healthy, you don't want to do that.

"That's why you've got to do the earplugs.

"Or embrace the snore, and I can't do that, so just block out the noise!"

The couple are clearly as in love, and content, as at any time in their 26-year marriage.

Warming to her theme, Victoria adds: "I have my LED mask I wear every night" — which would account for her annoyingly dewy skin.

"We don't watch that much TV, maybe the occasional series.

"We watched Sylvester Stallone's Tulsa King and enjoyed that.

"Then we both like listening to podcasts.

"Yes, I've had therapy. I think it's really healthy.
It's something that's so acceptable and positive to talk about out now. I'm happy to say I've had it."

"And of course I read a lot of thrillers in bed so, you know, David Beckham, had better sleep with one eye open…"

A recent favourite is Freida McFadden's The Housemaid's Secret, billed as a "psychological thriller with a shocking twist".

Victoria recommends reads to David who, because of his OCD, buys his own copy days later.

Victoria may be a fifth of the Spice Girls, a supremely successful businesswoman, fashion designer and loving mother but she insists she is still a work in progress.

She believes she has battled imposter syndrome for much of her working life — and mental health is a subject close to her heart.

She reveals: "Yes, I've had therapy.

"I think it's really healthy.

"It's something that's so acceptable and positive to talk about out now.

"I'm happy to say I've had it.

"And the way we've brought up our kids is all about communication. It's good to talk.

"As a family we try to have dinner together every night — it's phones down and 'What has everyone done today?'

"Just making sure that it's a safe forum for everybody to be honest and talk and laugh.

"Being strong and knowing that's what I do every day to be able to work properly is so important

"We're so much more aware of mental health these days, which is just so healthy.

"Doing the (Netflix) show was like therapy.

"It was emotional at times.

"There are certain things your mind has the amazing ability to forget because there were triggering things along the way.

"I went into this saying I didn't want to talk about the Spice Girls because I've spent 20 years building this fashion brand.

"So I'm mindful I've been fighting these preconceptions that I'm just a celebrity face for 20 years.

"Only now do I feel I've earned my right to show in Paris.

"Now I can reflect and talk without worrying it's going to affect my brand. I finally feel I don't have anything to prove to anyone.

"I am enough."

"That" Paris show was the unveiling of her spring/summer 2026 collection — which would have been unthinkable 20 years ago.
