Barcelona chief Deco confirms Man City approach for Kounde
Barcelona chief Deco admits Manchester City made an approach for Jules Kounde over the summer.
However, he insists there was no offer from City before Barca secured Kounde to a new deal.
"There was no offer," Deco told Mundo Deportivo. "The only thing I know is that City were looking for a full-back and asked us, naturally, if Kound9 was on the market. We replied that he wasn't.0
"Therefore, there was neither an offer nor any negotiations."00
Kounde penned a new deal to 2030 in mid-August.
