He said: “It’s quite embarrassing for her that I say this, but she likes to game, too.

"So we game Minecraft together. We make houses and everything like that.

“Or we go home to Bryne and order kebabs.”

Erling met Isabel, 22, who is also a footballer, when they were both kids at the Bryne club academy, Norway.

They started dating after he moved to Dortmund.

He said: “She sent me a message.

"She played for the same club I played for, Bryne. She was the one who checked me out — I didn’t check her out.”

They had their first child, a son, last December, and kebab-fan Erling hinted marriage may follow soon — and what the menu may be.

He said: “At a wedding, you probably want some of the best food you can eat, so it could easily be kebab.”

But his commitments under team boss Pep Guardiola mean he may miss his son’s birthday.

Haaland explained: “I have to play a game on his birthday.

"There are many who miss birthdays.

"I think Pep would have been a bit angry if I had asked.

“But after my career, I can be at every birthday.”
