Leah Williamson stole the show at the Ballon d'Or - and she's now lifted the lid on her personal life as she shared loved up snaps with her beau Elle Smith

Leah Williamson stole the show at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris on Monday evening.

Williamson, 28, didn't win the big award - that instead would go to Barcelona's Aitana Bonmati who completed her three-peat - but she won hearts with her daring all-black outfit. Williamson was up for the Ballon d'Or - after she captained England to more Euros glory over the summer.

The Arsenal star would finish top 10, along with Chloe Kelly, Alessia Russo, Lucy Bronze and Hannah Hampton. And cheering her on during the results was her girlfriend Elle Smith.

The pair shared some loved up snaps on social media: "Ballon d’Or," Williamson said. "Congratulations to all the winners, in awe of my teammates for club and country!"

In one snap the pair both posed for the camera, while in another Elle starred into the eyes of her beau.

"Melting for Leah and Elle! You are the hottest sports couple," one fan responded. While a second said: "Maybe the most gorgeous couple I've ever seen!"

"You two look perfect together. Your happiness shines," a third gushed. And another added: "Posh and Becks of our generation!"

Elle has earned fame in her own right on the other side of the Atlantic, where she was crowned as Miss USA in 2021. In the run-up to the competition, she was named Miss Kentucky USA, earning her spot at nationals.

She went on to represent the United States at Miss Universe, ultimately finishing in the Top 10, losing out to India’s Harnaaz Sandhu.

Alongside her foray into beauty pageants, Elle is a Journalist.

The pair were first romantically linked in 2024, when Elle posted a video of her and Leah floating in the ocean together on a paddleboard alongside the caption "happy birthday my love x," - which Williamson responded with a series of emojis.

They have since continued to appear on each others social media - including a picture of them celebrating England’s 6-0 win against Portugal, back in May.

In that snap, Williamson is sat on Elle's lap as she comments: "We did it!"

The pair also soaked up the summer sun in Majorca, as they posed on a paddleboard, again, and dressed up for evening meals as a pair.
