Marc Guehi Eyes Surprise Exit from Crystal Palace After Liverpool Move Collapsed

Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi reportedly has his heart set on a move away from the Premier League after his transfer to Liverpool collapsed on transfer deadline day.

The 25-year-old looked set to join Liverpool on transfer deadline day, but the move collapsed at the last minute after Crystal Palace were unable to sign an adequate replacement.

It’s understood that Liverpool retain an interest in Guehi, who’s deal at Selhurst Park will expire at the end of the season, but will face plenty of competition.

According to a report from The Mirror, Guehi has his heart set on a move to Real Madrid next summer rather than remain in the Premier League.

Real Madrid will be able to negotiate a pre-agreement deal with the England international from January 1st should they decide to make a move.
