Diego Leon's agent speaks on how he is setting in at Man Utd after his summer move

The agent of Diego Leon, Renato Bittar, has been speaking about his clients move to Manchester United this week.

Leon has been training with the first team all summer and featured on the bench in the Manchester derby over the weekend as he patiently waits to feature under manager Ruben Amorim who is slowly integrating him into his squad.0

After arriving from Cerro Porteno, he is yet to play any competitive minutes for his new club as rumours of a January loan move start to crop up. 0The Paraguayan featured in numerous pre-season games and if United’s performances do not improve, he may step in to replace the likes of Patrick Dorgu in defence.0

Speaking to Versus Radio, his agent Bittar has stated that Leon is “happy with how he is enjoying it, being the first Paraguayan at Manchester United."0

He also added: “I think he will bring a lot of joy to the fans as he is very focused and psychologically prepare."0

Amorim may be looking for a change in the starting eleven this weekend when his side face Chelsea, who are coming off the back of a 3-1 loss to Bayern Munich. If Amorim decides to play Leon it could be a welcome change to a side who have got off to the worst start in club history so far.0
