A stunning former Playboy model who promised to strip if her nation won the World Cup now has a shocking new profession.

Larissa Riquelme had the entire world routing for Paraguay during the 2010 World Cup - the stunner was first snapped in the crowd cheering on her nation, with her phone tucked into her bra, before she she promised to run through Asunción naked if they won the World Cup.

She made a similar promise if her footballer boyfriend Jonathan Fabbro's club Chiapas made the Mexican league play-offs. Larissa didn't streak through the streets, but she did bare all when Playboy came calling.

However, she has since taken a career U-turn and stunned fans with her latest role over the international break.

Larissa's first role came as a reporter and co-commentator at Paraguay's World Cup qualifier against Peru in Lima last Tuesday.

Sharing the snaps on social media, Larissa said: "It was an emotional and proud moment for me. My heart is torn in two.

"It was my first broadcast. Paraguay has made history - the Guarani boys never give up.

"Everyone knows I love Peru, but Paraguay deserved to win and end their bad run against the Peruvians.

"We have never yet been able to win in Lima, and the fact we have now done it is a historical moment."

It was a late goal from Matias Galarza Fonda that earned Paraguay a 1-0 and a spot in the World Cup next summer.

Brighton midfielder Diego Gomez and Sunderland defender Omar Alderete were among Paraguay's starters and could be in North America next summer.

They have joined Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Uruguay in the finals from South America.

Bolivia could still join them if they qualify through the Inter-confederation play-offs - which will feature New Caledonia, two teams from North America, one team from Africa and one team from Asia.
