West Ham United v Chelsea - Premier League
West Ham United have banned half-and-half scarves ahead of their derby clash against Tottenham on Saturday evening.

The Hammers play host to Spurs in the latest instalment of one of English football's most heated rivalries this weekend. And ahead of the match, West Ham have put increased security measures in place to prevent away supporters gaining access to the home sections of the London Stadium.

And another measure includes a ban on half-and-half scarves appearing inside the stadium. In a statement on West Ham's official website, the club states any fans displaying items illustrating the colours and/or crests of both clubs will have them removed by security staff.
WHAT WEST HAM SAID
The official statement from West Ham reads: "West Ham United would like to make all supporters aware that there will be increased security activity taking place at this Saturday’s match against Tottenham Hotspur, for the safety of all supporters and to prevent any fans of the away club from gaining access to home sections of the stadium.
"Half-and-half scarves or items illustrating the colours/crests of both clubs will not be permitted inside London Stadium on Saturday. Supporters who have purchased half-and-half scarves from unofficial sellers will be required to hand them over to security staff at the security checkpoints and these scarves will not be returned."

West Ham head into the game on the back of securing their first victory of the 2025-26 Premier League season against Nottingham Forest on August 31.
