The Premier League's hottest WAG is set to return to England's top flight.

It was a long two months without Maja Lindelof as part of the Premier League WAG squad - but she's back on Transfer Deadline Day with hubby and former Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof signing for Aston Villa at the end of the summer window.

Lindelof waved an emotional goodbye to Old Trafford earlier this summer when his contract ran out - and after two months as a free agent, the 31-year-old Swedish international has found himself a new club at Villa Park.

Speaking on Villa TV he said: "Obviously it's massive club, and I was super excited when I heard that the club wanted me. I spoke to my wife and we felt it was a good move for us as a family and for me as a player.

"I'm super, super happy and proud to be part of this football club."

Maja's 'Premier League's hottest wag' tag came about in 2023, when Artificial intelligence app AttractivenessTest.com said Maja boasts an attractiveness ranking of 9.7/10.

This huge figure was more than any other Premier League star’s partner in the entire division.

However, she hardly celebrates this unique feat as she is often frustrated when people remember her for being the now-Villa defender’s other half.

In her blog, she once said she absolutely despises the term ‘WAG’, particularly when people only identify herself as being the Villa defender’s wife, instead of the businesswoman she is.

"I am so sick and tired of people trying to make me smaller,” she wrote. “Tired of people not knowing what’s important in life.

"I am an entrepreneur. I have my own company and soon I will start one more. If that is with money or love is none of your business."

Lindelof could make his debut for Villa during their trip to Everton after the international break.
