Glam footballer Gabriella Howell 'falls in love' as Tottenham Hotspur stun Man City

Glam footballer Gabriella Howell has admitted she's "falling in love" after watching Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday lunchtime.

Spurs stunned a lacklustre Manchester City away from home as they moved to the summit of the Premier League table. Brennan Johnson and Joao Palhinha both found the net, leaving Pep Guardiola ripping up his tactics book.

And Gabriella, who is a massive Tottenham fan, took to social media to share her thoughts on the clash: "I feel I'm going to fall in love with this team like I did with the team under Poch..."

Spurs won the Europa League under Ange Postecoglou last season, but after a poor performance domestically he was shown the door by Daniel Levy.

Thomas Frank was drafted in from Brentford to full the Australian's shoes - and his team have now won their opening two Premier League games in an impressive manner.

Gabriella shared a snap on her Instagram story watching the game in her front room.

The stunning footballer might not have been able to make the trip due to her commitments for Dartford Women. Gabriella turns out at the back for the Darts Women.

And they'll be looking to their star to keep a clean sheet as they Sutton United to Princes Park on Sunday afternoon.

Howell once turned out for Sutton - and it was during her stint there she slammed sexist football fans.

"I like to keep [the hateful comments] on my profiles and I don't delete them," she explained.

"Young girls think they want to be an influencer but they don't see the downsides. I like to make people aware. Not everyone's going to like you.

"I repeat that to myself when I see these comments. You got to develop a thick skin."
