Onana edges closer to exit as Man Utd move for Antwerp goalkeeper Lammens

Andre Onana has edged closer to the Manchester United exit door following positive talks over a €20m transfer for Antwerp stopper Senne Lammens.

United chiefs have held talk with Royal Antwerp for Lammens, who is available at a snip for £17 million ($23m). The 23-year-old keeper recently made the step up to the senior Belgium squad and played for Club Brugge before joining Antwerp. Onana is unlikely to leave this window but will be expected to compete for his place, according to The Guardian.

However, the 25-year-old is said to be reluctant to move to the Turkish Super Lig and is hesitant to commit to the deal, preferring to wait for other offers.
