Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce Plot €45m Bid for Man United’s Antony

Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce are reportedly preparing a €45 million bid for Man United winger Antony. However, the Brazilian is said to prefer a return to Real Betis over a Super Lig switch.

The 25-year-old seemingly has no future at Old Trafford and has been forced to train away from the first team as part of the club’s infamous ‘bomb squad.’

According to ESPN, Jose Mourinho is pushing Fenerbahce to sign the Brazilian and would be willing to pay Man United’s asking price of €45 million.

It’s understood that Antony isn’t too convinced about a move to Turkey, however, and is holding out for a move to Real Betis.0

Antony enjoyed a successful second half of last season on loan with Real Betis, in which he scored nine goals and provided five assists in 26 appearances.
