Kounde pens new Barcelona contract
Jules Kounde has signed a new contract with Barcelona.
The France defender has penned a new deal to 2030.
Barca announced on Friday night: "Barcelona is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with the player Jules Kound9 to extend his contract with the club until June 30, 2030.
"The agreement will soon be formalised in the presence of President Joan Laporta."
Kounde was attracting interest from major clubs across Europe, but was secured to a new agreement on recommendation of coach Hansi Flick.
