Brentford Agree Deal to Sign Dango Ouattara From Bournemouth
Brentford have reportedly reached an agreement with Bournemouth to sign winger Dango Ouattara.
According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Brentford have agreed a club record fee to sign the 23-year-old from Premier League rivals Bournemouth.
He adds that the deal is worth 337million with a further 35m in add-ons, with Ouattara set to travel to London to undergo his medical on Friday.
It’s understood that the player pushed for the move to Brentford after failing to earn the full trust of manager Andoni Iraola.
Outtara had a productive 2024-25 on the South Coast, scoring nine goals and providing four assists in his 37 games across all competitions.
He will now become Brentford’s replacement for Bryan Mbeumo, who joined Man United for a reported fee of 371 million, including add-ons.
