"I'm Ready for the Premier League" - Malik Thiaw Breaks Silence Ahead of Imminent Newcastle Move

AC Milan defender Malik Thiaw has opened up ahead of his expected move to Newcastle United, declaring he’s ready to take on the Premier League challenge.

The 24-year-old is set to swap the San Siro for St James’ Park for a reported fee of 335 million after three successful years at AC Milan.

Thiaw has now spoken about his excitement over the move, tell Sky Sport Italia how “happy” he is with his decision.

Reporters asked him as he was set to fly out to undergo his medical, to which he responded: “It was a pleasure to spend three years here, I learned a lot.

“I grew as a player, but above all as a person. I just want all the best for those people I spent time with here, the players, staff and medics.”

“I am very happy with my decision, I am ready for the Premier League,” he concluded.
