Henderson in action for Crystal Palace
Dean Henderson was the hero for Crystal Palace in the Community Shield final after saving two penalties in the Eagles' penalty shootout victory over Liverpool at Wembley, following a 2-2 draw in normal time.
The match went straight to penalties after 90 minutes that saw Liverpool twice take the lead through debutants Hugo Ekitike and Jeremie Frimpong, only to be pegged back by Jean-Philippe Mateta and Ismaila Sarr.
Henderson saved two spot kicks in the shootout, while Mohamed Slaha blazed his effort over the bar as Palace secured their first-ever Community Shield.
