Manchester United have opened talks with Brighton over a move for 21-year-old Cameroonian midfielder Carlos Baleba.

Widely regarded as one of the Premier League’s top young talents, the African is now the subject of an ambitious push from the Red Devils, who are also closing in on a big-money deal for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko.

According to journalist Martin Camus, the Old Trafford giants are keen on signing him from Brighton and have reached out to their Premier League rivals.0

The report adds that Seagulls are open to initial talks, but the 21-year-old is expected to command a fee of around €100 million (387m/$116m).
