Arsenal approach Rennes for Jaquet
Arsenal have expressed interest in Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet.
Jaquet has recently signed a new deal with Rennes to 2029.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Arsenal are making a move for the defender and initial talks have been held.
Jacquet made the step from junior to senior at Rennes last year.
The youngster has also had a loan spell at Clermont Foot and two U21 internationals for France.
He has also been noted for several international matches at youth level, including 14 at U19 level, where he has scored two goals.
