Bayern Munich confirm Palhinha "transfer negotiations" as Spurs move closer
Bayern Munich have confirmed the imminent departure of Joao Palhinha.
The Portugal midfielder is expected in London this weekend for a Tottenham medical.
Tottenham are now finalising terms with Bayern over Palhinha's transfer.
And the former Fulham midfielder was left out of Bayern's squad for today's preseason friendly with Lyon.
The German giants confirmed on social media before kickoff: "Jo3o Palhinha is not in the squad today due to transfer negotiations."
Tottenham are expected to take Palhinha on a season-long loan with an option to buy for €30m.
