Liverpool have seen a stunning bid exceeding 3120million rejected by Newcastle United for Alexander Isak and the intention behind it has been revealed.

Isak wants to leave Newcastle this summer and has been training at his former club, Real Sociedad instead of joining up with the rest of the squad for preseason as he tries to force a move to Liverpool whose 3120M bid was denied this morning.0

The Magpies are holding out for around 3150M for Isak and will not sell until they have found a replacement for the Swedish international as they set their eyes on RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko who is also a target for Manchester United.0

However, the club could face many issues with Isak refusing to play, therefore bringing down his value ahead of the next window where they may regret not selling him for what Liverpool have offered.0
