Tottenham Set to Sign Joao Palhinha from Bayern Munich After Agreeing Personal Terms

Tottenham are reportedly on the verge of signing Bayern Munich midfielder Joao Palhinha with personal terms already agreed.

The 30-year-old failed to establish himself for the Bundesliga champions in 2024-25, making just 25 appearances across all competitions.

Palhinha joined Bayern from Fulham last summer for a reported fee of €51 million but now looks set to make his return to the Premier League.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Spurs have already agreed personal terms with the central midfielder as they seek to sign him on loan for the upcoming season.

It’s understood the deal will include an option to buy rather than an obligation for the North London club, who will cover 100% of his wages.
