Speaking of Rodrygo, Real Madrid are prepared to lower their £78m asking price for the Brazilian, hoping to entice Arsenal and Liverpool into reconsidering him.

The 24-year-old has been strongly linked with a move away from Los Blancos this summer after falling out of favour.

The Brazilian is now awaiting a final decision from manager Xabi Alonso, while Bernabeu bosses continue to engage with potential buyers behind the scenes. Real are ready to offload.
