Mbappe confirmed as Real Madrid’s new No.10
Kylian Mbappe has officially been handed the No.10 shirt at Real Madrid, taking over from the departing Luka Modric.
In addition to succeeding Modric, the Frenchman follows in the footsteps of several club legends namely Mesut Ozil, Luis Figo, Clarence Seedorf, and Ferenc Puskas.
Mbappe previously wore the No.10 shirt during his time at Monaco, but never claimed it at PSG, where he instead donned numbers 29, 17, 14, and most notably, 7.0
Having already scored 44 goals in 59 appearances for Real Madrid, he now looks to take the next step in his evolution at the Bernabeu wearing the iconic No.10.
