Alexander Isak Demands Huge Pay Rise at Newcastle Amid Liverpool and Al-Hilal Interest

Newcastle star Alexander Isak has reportedly demanded a significant wage increase as Liverpool and Al-Hilal show growing interest in the Swedish striker.

The 25-year-old is in demand after yet another impressive season for Eddie Howe’s side, scoring 27 goals and providing six assists in his 42 games.

Liverpool and Al-Hilal are both reportedly ready to splash the cash in order to secure Isak’s services, although the former club are close to signing Eintracht Frankfurt strike Hugo Ekitike.

Newcastle are keen on keeping their star striker and tie him down to a long-term deal as they prepare for Champions League football next season.

According to talkSPORT, Isak is now demanding an eye-watering 3300,000-a-week to sign a new contract at the club.

Isak’s current deal at St James’ Park runs until the summer of 2028, putting the club in a strong position should they decide to sell.
