Why Premier League transfer may be off the cards for Osimhen
Victor Osimhen's future remains uncertain, as he is set to return to Napoli this summer at the end of his loan deal with Galatasaray. The Italian champions are happy to let the striker leave as they plan to cash in on the Nigerian and spend the money on their own transfer activities, according to Corriere del Mezzogiorno. The report, however, adds that Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis will not compromise on the player's €75 million (£63m/$85m) release clause.
The prolific forward's massive price tag could prove to be a major hindrance in his move to the Premier League, as United are the only English club that have made 'timid' efforts to sign the 26-year-old at the moment.
Chelsea confirm Delap signing
Chelsea have completed the signing of Liam Delap from relegated Ipswich Town as they beat Manchester United to the striker's transfer.
The official statement from the club read: "Chelsea is delighted to announce the transfer of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town, with the striker signing a contract until 2031."

Per L'Equipe, City view Simons as a back-up option to Cherki as they continue negotiations to sign the Lyon playmaker.
Why Kerkez to Liverpool could be about to accelerate

Bournemouth, per Foot Mercato, have reached an agreement on personal terms with Truffert, the Rennes left-back, who has been targeted to replace Kerkez.
Grealish edges closer to Man City exit as Pep takes key decision
After an underwhelming 2024-25 campaign with City, which saw Jack Grealish start only seven times in the Premier League and clock 715 minutes on the pitch, the winger is likely to be on his way out of the Etihad Stadium this summer.
According to The Telegraph, manager Guardiola is unlikely to involve the winger in the travelling squad that will jet off to the U.S. for the Club World Cup later this month, which further fuels speculations that the Englishman will exit the club.
Cairney's future takes fresh twist amid Wrexham interest
Fulham's captain, Tom Cairney, has been targeted by Wrexham and has been offered a lucrative contract following the club's promotion to the Championship. Cairney's current deal at Fulham expires this summer but he has now been handed a new deal. However, Cairney is yet to respond to the contract offer and is still considering a potential move to Wrexham, according to the Evening Standard.
Douglas Luiz eyes Premier League return
After only a year in the Italian league, Douglas Luiz sees himself out of favour under head coach Igor Tudor. New general manager of Juventus, Damien Comolli, is also not in favour of keeping the Brazilian beyond the 2024-25 campaign.
As per reports by Tuttosport, Luiz is leaning towards an exit from the Serie A club and wants to return to England. Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United are among some of the clubs showing interest in signing the Brazilian.
Spurs will allow Son to leave on one condition
Heung-min Son is about to enter the final year of his contract at Tottenham, meaning he could be sold this summer to avoid losing him on a free next year. According to The Independent, Tottenham are only willing to sell Son if they receive a "significant transfer fee" for the 32-year-old forward.
Revealed: The 'extraordinary' fee Barca's Yamal would command
Per BBC Sport, the CIES Football Observatory have valued Yamal at an immense figure of €400m. That sum would eclipse Neymar's world-record transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, and Yamal is just 17.
The CIES Football Observatory said: "This extraordinary figure is linked to equally extraordinary performances achieved at an age - 18 in July - when most players, even the best, are just starting out at professional level." Yamal's value also increased due to his new contract.
