Anew media show has formed on the stages of the United States and once again the protagonist of the scandal is WWE superstar and YouTuber Logan Paul, who challenged Lionel Messi, asking him to resolve their legal dispute over energy drinks in a boxing match. Paul claims that Messi's MAS+ brand copied his PRIME drink, prompting lawsuits from both sides.

However, instead of fighting in the courts, Paul wants to fight in the ring. However, Messi has not responded to the challenge. Instead, his bodyguard, Yassine Chueko, has stepped forward, dismissing the idea. Chueko, a former Navy SEAL, made it clear that Messi is a soccer player in MLS, not a fighter, and that if Logan really wants a fight, he should face him.

On TikTok, the YouTube star said that both the logo and his drink were copied. Logan even claimed that he was sued by Lionel Messi's legal team so the countersuit will be effective. "If you can't beat the best, you have to be the best, but that's illegal. That's our design and we're standing up for ourselves," the fighter said.

Paul also issued a bold challenge to Messi, suggesting that he would consider dropping the lawsuit if Messi agreed to fight him in the ring. He added: "I swear I would consider dropping the lawsuit, only if... there is a fight between Logan Paul and Messi. See you in the ring, brother". This is an unlikely challenge, since the Argentine star's physique is not that of a fighter and he is also looking to generate media noise through Messi's name. However, his bodyguard, Yassine Chueko, has come to his defense.

Who is Yassine Chueko?

According to La Nacion, Yassine Chueko is a former United States Army soldier who served as a Navy Seal in Iraq and Afghanistan. Chueko is on Instagram and has shared several videos of himself practicing mixed martial arts and also trying his hand at fighting.

David Beckham, the former England captain and co-owner of Inter Miami, recommended Chueko to be Messi's bodyguard. According to The Sun, Chueko earns $250,000 a year for looking after the Inter Miami footballer. However, other reports suggest that his salary could exceed $3m and $3.5m.
