‘Victor Osimhen wants £400,000-a-week to agree Man United deal’

Ruben Amorim's side were knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties by Fulham on Sunday (2 March), while they sit 14th in the Premier League table after 27 matches.

Their only remaining hope of claiming silverware and Europe for next season is in the Europa League, where they will face Real Sociedad in the last 16.

Man United have struggled for goals in this campaign, with Bruno Fernandes their top scorer on 11 strikes across all competitions.

United have been linked with Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Galatasaray.

Former Man City financial adviser Stefan Borson exclusively told Football Insider Old Trafford chiefs are unlikely to agree a deal for the 26-year-old due to his "enormous" wages.

Osimhen has registered 22 goals and five assists in 28 appearances for Galatasaray this season.
