Madrid plotting shock move for Palace star Wharton
Per the Daily Mail, Real Madrid have taken note of Adam Wharton's excellent performances for Palace since his return from hernia surgery.
Manchester United and Liverpool are also said to hold an interest in Wharton, while Manchester City opted against making a move for him in January due to his injury. Palace value him at around £70 million ($88m), and stand to make a huge profit, having signed him for £22m ($28m) from Blackburn Rovers in 2024.
Dortmund prepared to drop Gittens asking price
Borussia Dortmund sensation Jamie Gittens is all set to be sold in the summer as the Bundesliga side have accepted they may have to significantly drop their asking price for the English winger, according to Sky Sports Germany.
Earlier it was reported that BVB are set to demand a fee of around €100 million (£83m/$103m), but they are now considering reducing the figure between €60m (£50m/$63m) and €70m (£58m/$73m).
Dier's wish for new contract to be ignored by Bayern
Per Sky Sports Germany, Bayern have decided not to offer a new contract to the English defender, whose current deal expires at the end of this season. The report also claims that, while Dier is keen on staying in Munich, the club will not offer him an extension as they plan to use Josep Stanisic as a central defender from next season.
Liverpool to tie Bradley to long-term contract extension
The Northern Irish defender penned a new contract only 15 months back, which is valid until the summer of 2027, but the Reds want to offer a fresh long-term deal to tie down the youngster at least until 2030, according to The Sun.
The Liverpool academy graduate is reportedly ready to commit his future at Anfield, and his new contract will see a significant rise in his wages.
