Liverpool identify Diaz's replacement

Per Fichajes, Liverpool will go after Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon if their star attacker Luis Diaz exits Anfield at the end of the 2024/25 campaign. Diaz has attracted interest from several top European clubs as well as some of the Saudi Pro League giants. If the Reds can pocket a sizable amount in transfer fees for the Colombian, they will start negotiating with the Magpies over Gordon's move next summer.

Liverpool eyeing move for PSG's Zaire-Emery

Per AnfieldWatch, Liverpool are closely linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain star Warren Zaire-Emery in the summer. The player is reportedly valued at €65 million, however, it is unlikely that the Ligue 1 giants will agree to sell the 18-year-old French midfielder.

Chelsea eyeing move for Crystal Palace sensation Derry

Per journalist Alan Nixon, Chelsea have shown interest in signing 17-year-old Crystal Palace sensation Jesse Derry next summer. The teenager is highly rated across England and the Blues are plotting to secure the winger's signature to bolster their attack.

Liverpool captain Van Dijk 'offered' to Barcelona

Per Sport, if Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk becomes a free agent at the end of the 2024-25 campaign, the experienced Dutch defender could head to Spain and join Barcelona.

Van Dijk, along with Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold, are in the final months of their contracts at Anfield and the players are yet to agree on new deals with the Reds.

Slot told to sign injury-prone Spurs defender Van de Ven

Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has urged Arne Slot to sign Tottenham star Micky van de Ven despite the defender's fitness concerns.

Speaking to BoyleSports, who offer the latest Premier League odds, Fowler said: "I’m the sort of fan that thinks if you’re not out there signing good players then you’re slipping behind the competition and are slipping backwards. If you’re not doing that and improving the squad you can plateau. When it comes to Micky van de Ven, he’s a very very good player despite having his injury problems. I think he is strong, fast and I think he would look right in a Liverpool shirt. I know Tottenham fans won’t want to hear that but it’s a compliment to him as a player that I think the league leaders should have a look at him."
