The ex-footballer, 41, is back at the station after six months, following his sacking from the BBC amid a sexting scandal.
Jermaine Jenas was sacked by the BBC six months ago
He was accused of sending messages to two female colleagues, leading to a workplace misconduct probe - but he insisted he'd done nothing illegal and denied being a sex pest.
On the same day it was confirmed he had lost his £190k-a-year Beeb job, Jenas anchored talkSPORT's drive time show for the last time.
The ex-England and Premier League midfielder is pencilled in to form part of the commentary team for the Aston Villa vs Tottenham FA Cup match on Sunday.
'TAKING RESPONSIBILITY'
Ahead of his return, Jenas told the station: “The biggest thing in this whole situation is about taking responsibility and that has been at the forefront of my mind…
"There's a reason why you're in this position and there's a reason why this has happened.
"Once you accept those things, then you can work on yourself and you can work on the other things and you can work on your family and work towards a brighter future."
He continued: "Essentially this is about me looking inwards, making some improvements and coming back a better person."
Liam Fisher, Head of talkSPORT, said: "Jermaine Jenas addresses his past behaviour in this frank interview.
"He has a proven track record as a footballer turned pundit and we look forward to his expert commentary on Sunday as part of our coverage of 11 FA Cup commentaries across the weekend on the network."
Bosses at talkSPORT were made aware of his BBC sacking moments before he went on air in the summer.
It later emerged he had been dismissed after sending explicit texts to two female colleagues.
It came after the broadcaster had issued reformed workplace culture guidelines in light of the Strictly Come Dancing and Huw Edwards scandals.
Jenas made an initial return to broadcasting in October - at the Emirates stadium covering Arsenal v Liverpool for an overseas network which was not shown on British airwaves.
