Micah Richards couldn't stop laughing after he was gifted a shirt by Champions League side Stade Brestois - and it left the CBS studio stunned

Micah Richards couldn't stop laughing after he was handed a cheeky Champions League gift.

Richards was back in the CBS studio with pals Kate Abdo, Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher when they were handed a gift from French side Stade Brestois. The Champions League side, nicknamed Brest, had been at the centre of some x-rated jokes earlier this season.

And they delivered a package to the CBS team with the note: "Dear friends of CBS, many thanks for your keen attention to Brest's performances since the start of the Champions League.

"We all enjoy watching the many laughs you have in the studio. So we've created a special shirt for Micah. We couldn't resist sending a Stade Brestois shirt to our legend Thierry Henry, along with our warmest regards.”

While Henry's shirt boasted his name on the back, Richards' was a tad more cheeky. “Brest Lover," Richards burst out with his trademark laugh.

Henry looked stunned, while a glum Carragher, who wasn't given a shirt, moaned: "I've never been able to get my hands on Brest. I can't believe they left me out without a jersey. I made the best one-liner when we did that.”

However, he was quickly silenced by Richards, now in his new shirt, who joked: "What happens if they (Brest) play Nice?"

The cheeky banter between the hosts took place back in November when they were looking ahead to Brest's clash with Bayer Leverkusen. “It's a big one,” Thierry Henry remarked as the rest struggled to contain their laughter.

“After four games, who here likes Brest?” Abdo asked, with Henry and Carragher both grinning widely as they raised their hands. “I like the shape of them,” Carragher joked, leaving Richards almost at bursting point

“If you look at the setup under the manager, what he's got... he's gone for a front two tonight," Carragher asked Henry. “Yeah, two big um... a pair up front that are going to try to..."

Abdo got in on the fun: "And how much do you enjoy watching them - would you pay to watch them?" Leaving the panel in stitches.
