Neymar edging closer to sensational Santos homecoming
Neymar appears set to put an end to his nightmare spell in Saudi Arabia, with it reported he is close to returning to his boyhood club Santos.
Brazil's all-time top goalscorer is close to completing a six-month loan to Santos as he looks to recapture the magic he once displayed week-in-week-out, long before his ill-fated move to Al-Hilal. Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Santos have tabled an official offer to Al-Hilal and are close to beating a host of MLS clubs to a sensational coup. Should Neymar finalise the switch, he will see out the remaining time on his contract with the Saudi Arabian club on loan at Santos.
Chelsea & Man Utd join Bayern in race to sign Gittens
Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United are all set to compete with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich to secure the signature of Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund next summer, according tp Sky Sports' Florian Plettenberg.
Dortmund are yet to make a decision on the player's future, however, if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season, Gittens is likely to move out.
Real Madrid to give up on Alphonso Davies?
Real Madrid are reportedly ready to give up on their pursuit of Alphonso Davies, with the Canadian expected to sign a new contract at Bayern Munich.
According to AS, Real have accepted that Davies will fall out of reach. An agreement with Bayern is said to be close, allowing the buccaneering left-back to extend his six-year association with the Bundesliga heavyweights.
AC Milan all set to complete Walker's signing
Serie A giants AC Milan are expected to complete the transfer of Manchester City captain Kyle Walker on loan in the next 24 hours, according to Fabrizio Romano. The loan deal will have an option to buy next summer. The player has already agreed personal terms with the Italian side.
