Per Sky Germany, Manchester United are all set to compete with rivals Liverpool to secure the signature of 20-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Hugo Larsson.

The Bundesliga side value the youngster at around €50m and if any club match their demand, they will be willing to sell the Sweden international, who joined them from Malmo in the summer of 2023.

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has cleared his stance on manager Luis Enrique's future at the club. Per Foot Mercato, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly pulled out of the transfer race to sign Sporting CP sensation Viktor Gyokeres. The Ligue 1 champions were at one point keen on signing the striker and their sporting director Luis Campos reportedly contacted the player's representatives to get ahead in the title race. However, once Campos came back to Paris and got in touch with manager Luis Enrique, the Spanish coach rejected the idea of signing the striker.

Liverpool closing in on offering new deal to Salah

Per TEAMtalk, Liverpool are closing in on offering a new deal to their star player Mohamed Salah and they remain hopeful that the Egyptian will put pen to paper on the new contract soon.

The Reds ideally want Salah to sign the new deal by this month as in January, the Egyptian will be free to negotiate pre contracts with other clubs having entered the final six months of his current deal.

Fenerbahce close to signing Al-Nassr star
