Kelly's eye-catching look was accompanied with glittering earrings and stylish high-heeled shoes.

The 26-year-old posted several snaps from the event and afterparty on her Instagram.

The Manchester City star posed in a car before hopping out to dazzle in the hallways of the luxury event.

Fans were left in awe of her, with one saying: "Extremely glamorous."
