Viktor Gyokeres has snubbed the idea of following Ruben Amorim to Manchester United, according to Record. United's hopes if landing the Swedish hotshot had been pinned on the player's desire to work under Amorim once again but, with that not enough to convince Gyokeres to join, it appears United will have to look elsewhere for a prolific centre-forward. He has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in recent weeks.

His impressive performances and increasing comfort at Galatasaray have made him more receptive to the idea of a permanent transfer, an outcome he was initially hesitant about.
