North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur could compete to secure the signature of French midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The France international is currently a free agent after he left Juventus in July. Per TBR, Rabiot's agent has reached out to the two Premier League clubs as the player looks to find a new home for him soon.
Ex-Barca star Roberto admits he rejected offers from England
Former Barcelona player Sergi Roberto, who bid an emotional farewell to the Catalan club this summer, joined Cesc Fabregas-managed Como. The player, who was linked with a move to West Ham in the summer has now admitted he rejected offers from the Premier League.
Speaking to Football Italia, the Spaniard said, "It's an honour to have him as a coach. He was one of the best footballers in the world, and now I can't wait to start his adventure by his side. He has just started his career, and I am sure we'll help each other in many ways.
"I had offers from Spain, the Middle East, and others from Europe, as well as Serie A and Premier, but when I spoke to Fabregas for the first time, I understood how ambitious the club was."
Kostic officially joins Fenerbahce from Juventus
Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce has confirmed the transfer of Filip Kostic on loan from Serie A giants Juventus. The official statement from the club read, "Our club has reached an agreement in principle with the player and his club Juventus FC regarding the loan transfer of Filip Kostic. Kostic has been invited to Istanbul for health checks and further transfer talks."
Indian Super League club reject chance to sign Balotelli
Ex-Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has been left humiliated after Indian Super League club Kerala Blasters reportedly rejected the chance to sign him, according to The Times of India. Balotelli, who signed for Turkish Super Lig club Adana Demirspor last summer, left the club after just one season and is currently a free agent.

Per Fabrizio Romano, former Manchester United and Barcelona attacker Memphis Depay is all set to leave Europe as he is close to joining Brazilian giants Corinthians.
The Netherlands has agreed terms with the South American side and has also completed his medical on Sunday. He will soon put pen to paper on their contract.
Liverpool determined to keep Salah at Anfield beyond this season
Per journalist Pete O'Rourke (via Football Insider), Liverpool are doing everything they can to stop Mohamed Salah from leaving Anfield at the end of the 2024/25 season.
The Egyptian, whose contract at Anfield expires in 2025, recently hinted after the Manchester United clash that this campaign could be his last with the Reds. However, it is now being reported the Reds are keen on holding talks over a new contract extension, although, the player is demanding a bumper salary.
Fabio Vieira likely to return to Arsenal next summer
Per Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal could consider calling back midfielder Fabio Vieira from FC Porto in June 2025. The Gunners sent Vieira out on loan to the Portuguese giants in the last window, however, they did not include a buy option in the deal as they will be tracking the player's progress in the 2024/25 campaign before taking a call on his future at the club.
Galatasaray eye move for Arsenal's Jorginho
Per The Sun, Turkish giants Galatasaray are eyeing a move for Arsenal midfielder Jorginho and are hoping to sign him before the transfer window in Turkey closes on Friday.
Jorginho is yet to get any game time in the ongoing 2024/25 campaign and with Mikel Merino's arrival this summer, it is unlikely that the Italian would feature regularly at the Emirates Stadium this year. The midfielder is entering the final year of his contract and it remains to be seen if Mikel Arteta would sanction a move for the player before Friday.
