Raheem Sterling could be leaving Chelsea after he released a statement questioning his shock absence from the Blues team. At least he'll have partner Paige Milian by his side – but who is the little-known WAG?
Raheem Sterling could be facing a move away from Chelsea after the England star was left out of the Blues' first Premier League game of the season.
But while the 29-year-old's future at the London club remains uncertain, there's one thing in Sterling's life that most certainly will not be changing anytime soon. And that's fiancée Paige Milian.
The 28-year-old WAG has been with the former Liverpool and Man City ace on and off for more than a decade – but who really is Sterling's biggest cheerleader?
We've taken a look inside Sterling's life with the gorgeous jet setter and entrepreneur – from moving for his football career to becoming parents to their little sprogs and a horror house raid.
Who is Paige Milian aka 'Mummy Spice'?
Stunning Paige first met Sterling when he was playing for QPR back when he was a youth. Reportedly the pair broke things off in 2012 before getting back together in 2015.
And it's been that way ever since, they're real childhood sweethearts.
It's thought that Paige used to work for JD Sports and lived in Liverpool during this time. However, with Sterling's sensational £47.5million move from Manchester City to Chelsea in 2022, Paige followed her partner down to the capital city.
While Paige is in full support of her big-name partner, it looks like she's built up quite a reputation for herself.
The brainy beauty has her own property company named 'Milian Property Group' – which she has tagged on her social media page.
Paige boasts just shy of 100,000 Instagram followers. She often posts about her jet-setting lifestyle where she frequents luxury destinations like Dubai and Los Angeles.
When she's not sharing her uber-stylish holiday snaps, Paige is posting pictures of her little children – who also enjoy lavish trips away.
On Sterling's social media, he famously called his partner 'Mummy Spice' as she posed for a number of pictures over on Twitter, now X. He even invested £1million into Paige's property developing venture – where they are both directors.
Family life
To seal the deal, Sterling romantically proposed to his long-term girlfriend in 2018 with a rather glitzy diamond ring. The lovebirds had hoped to make things official at the alter in 2020.
However, the Covid pandemic had other plans which sadly meant their wedding was put on hold until further notice. Four years on and it appears that the pair have yet to say I-do.
The pair have cemented their love in other ways, having their first child, son Thiago, in 2017, before adding their second little boy, Thai, in 2019.
Sterling also has a daughter, Melody Rose, who he fathered from a previous relationship and conceived when he was just 16 years old.
The family of four live in a plush £6million Surrey mansion, but horror hit after armed thugs raided their home while Sterling was away for the World Cup in Qatar back in 2022.
It's reported that the gang snagged £300,000 worth of watches in the cruel attack, which Paige and the young boys were present for.
His Chelsea future
Sterling's future at Chelsea is very much uncertain with the likes of Alan Shearer weighing in to claim that he was told that the footballer should "probably" look for another club.
The drama comes after his management released a statement expressing their unhappiness that Sterling had been excluded from new Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca's first squad of the season.
So, what might this mean for his family?
Paige already followed her beau down south after originally settling further north. Could a swift move back up north be on the cards for the pair – or perhaps to a completely different country?
However, there's no confirmation about Sterling departing Chelsea so it looks like the family will be staying in their plush multi-millionaire Surrey pad for now.
Speaking on the absence of Sterling for the game against Man City, his team said: "He returned to England two weeks early to conduct individual training, and has had a positive pre-season under the new coach, who he has developed a good working relationship with.
"He is committed, as ever, to delivering at the highest level for Chelsea FC and the fans, who he holds in high regard, and given his inclusion in official club pre-match material this week, our expectation was that Raheem would be involved in this weekend’s fixture in some capacity.
"As a camp, we have always had positive dialogue with, and assurance from, Chelsea FC in relation to Raheem’s future at the club, so we look forward to gaining clarity on the situation. Until then, we will continue to support Raheem’s desire to start the new season positively."
