LIVE Transfer Talk: Man United eye £50m move for Ferguson

Manchester United are considering a move for Brighton & Hove Albion striker Evan Ferguson in the last few weeks of the summer transfer window, the Daily Star reports.
Ferguson, 19, has been on United's radar since his breakout season for the Seagulls in 2022-23. The Republic of Ireland international has suffered from injury problems since, and fell out of favour under previous manager Roberto De Zerbi, but he remains one of the most promising young strikers around
United's new sporting director, Dan Ashworth, held a similar role at Brighton when they signed a young Ferguson from Bohemians, and he could move to bring the same player to Old Trafford.
United have already signed Netherlands international forward Joshua Zirkzee this summer, but with Rasmus Højlund suffering an injury in preseason and Marcus Rashford's continued struggles, the Red Devils may look to sign another striker before the transfer deadline.
