Fans feared Madelene Wright may not play football again after news she had left Leyton Orient earlier this week - but it has not taken the glam footballer too long to find a new club

Madelene Wright is already back in football
Madelene Wright has found a new football team as fans delighted to see her continue on her career.
Her football career was up in the air just days ago after she left Leyton Orient, but Madelene has just confirmed news she has joined Chesham United FC Women.
The former Charlton Athletic star wrote on X: "A massive personal achievement for myself after such a big break from football to be back playing in a competitive league and to have jumped up 3 tiers higher, another step closer. I'm feeling very grateful for the opportunity and even more excited for the future with this club."
Chesham United FC Women also posted about the signing.

On Instagram, they said: "Chesham Utd Women are proud to announce the signing of former Charlton Athletic star Madelene Wright. Madelene, who is a silky, creative player, sees Chesham United, headed by Mani Asare, as the perfect project to get the best out of her as she returns to peak fitness."
Their Coach Mani Asare also commented :"Madelene joined us quite late into our preseason schedule, but has shown me a determined effort to catch up. Her qualities were shown in full affect during our recent friendly with Wycombe, where she assisted in a great team goal"
Madelene's followers reacted to the news positively with some suggesting they will follower Madelene to her new club.
The glam baller got back into football at Leyton Orient last year
