CHELSEA have reached an agreement with Wolves to sign Pedro Neto.
The Blues have already signed nine players so far this summer, with several deals still in the pipeline.

Tosin Adarabioyo, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Omari Kellyman, Marc Guiu, Renato Veiga, Caleb Wiley, Filip Jorgensen and Estevao Willian are among the players who have already completed a move to Stamford Bridge.
And The Athletic claims Neto is set to become the latest.
Chelsea will pay around £54million plus £2.5m in add-ons for the winger.
Neto is set to complete a medical in the next few days, with personal terms not thought to be an issue.
The 24-year-old was limited to 20 Premier League appearances last season due to hamstring injuries.
But he is still considered one of Wolves' top players, having joined the club from Braga in 2019.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano now claims Gary O'Neil's side want Ajax winger Carlos Forbs as a replacement.
Forbs joined the Dutch side from Manchester City in a £12m transfer last August.
The 20-year-old has since made 35 first team appearances, scoring three goals and assisting five.
Wolves have already lost captain Max Kilman this summer.
