Chilwell - signed for £50million from Leicester in 2020 - made only 21 appearances last season under Mauricio Pochettino amid a battle with injury.

Meanwhile, rival Blues star Marc Cucurella was a standout in Spain's Euro 2024 winning squad.
And there is growing concerns on how Chilwell will fit into new Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca's set-up.
Maresca - who left Leicester to replace Poch - is known to use inverted full-backs who drop into midfield.
Reece James and Malo Gusto have done so in pre-season but there is believed to be questions over Chilwell's ability to do so.
Maresca was probed on the England international's Blues future.
And he said: "Chilly is a left-back, for sure. I see him as I've always seen him like a left full-back."
Maresca added: "His situation is a bit delicate in terms of we are trying to find a solution for him in terms of position.
"But he probably needs a bit of time. Delicate in terms of finding the right position for him.
"We want players that can perform 100 per cent and for sure in these two or three weeks, Malo and Reece can both do the work required of them and both finish with more assists or more dangerous in the way they were being used in the past because in that position they are good enough to make last passes because their quality, they are both very good."
Despite Maresca's words of encouragement, Chilwell's Chelsea future is still in doubt.
And according to talkSPORT, he is a among United's targets this summer.
Luke Shaw spent the back end of the season out with a hamstring injury despite returning during the Euros.
Tyrell Malacia missed all of the campaign with a knee problem - leaving United boss Erik ten Hag looking at left-back alternatives.
