Aston Villa complete Jaden Philogene signing

Jaden Philogene is set to complete a move to Aston Villa after rejecting Ipswich Town and also turning down Barcelona.

Philogene left Villa in 2023 to join Hull, after embarking on loan spells at Stoke City and Cardiff City, but the club have now activated their matching rights clause, which allowed them to match any bid tabled for the player. Per Fabrizio Romano, they will pay £13m ($17m) and he will sign a five-year deal.
